Cape Porpoise Motel is now owned and operated by Joe and Jennifer Donovan.
Originally from Massachusetts, Joe and Jenn have had a long-standing connection to Kennebunkport and have called the area home full-time over the past year. With five grown sons and growing families, they are excited to begin this new chapter with the Cape Porpoise Motel.
As new owners, they look forward to continuing the welcoming tradition of the property while thoughtfully updating and improving the guest experience over time. Plans are underway to enhance the motel over the next several years, with a new website and refreshed branding to follow.
Joe and Jenn are grateful for the care and dedication the previous owners brought to the property over the years and are honored to carry that forward as they begin this next phase.
